1. Scope of this document

This page governs your use of the Content Factory marketing site and enquiry process, and the standard terms under which a Content Factory build is delivered once commissioned. The signed statement of work you receive before work begins takes precedence over this page where the two differ.

2. What is delivered

A Content Factory build is custom software: an end-to-end content pipeline covering AI generation, client review/sign-off links, and scheduled distribution to the channels and platforms agreed at scoping. Deliverables, fixed price, and delivery date are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2.1 Ownership

You own the generated content, the client relationships and review data run through your instance, and the deployed instance itself, from the moment of delivery. Aeterna AI Architects retains ownership of the underlying reusable pipeline engine and general-purpose tooling used to build it.

2.2 Acceptable use

  1. Generated content is a draft produced from the parameters you supply — you are responsible for reviewing and approving it before it is published or sent to any channel. Nothing is auto-published without a configured approval step unless you explicitly request that mode.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with the terms of the platforms you publish to (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and applicable advertising/consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
  3. You will not attempt to resell the underlying engine as your own competing product without a separate licensing agreement.

2.3 Warranty and liability

We warrant the delivered software matches the agreed scope and functions as specified at handoff. AI-generated content is a starting draft, not guaranteed-accurate or guaranteed-compliant copy — factual claims, regulated-industry language, and brand-voice fit are your review responsibility before publication. Our liability for any claim arising from a delivered build is capped at the amount paid for that build; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any platform penalty, ad-account suspension, or reputational harm from published content.

2.4 Post-delivery changes

Changes to your content workflow, approval steps, or publishing integrations are chargeable per the rate agreed at scoping unless covered by an active support agreement.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 What we collect on this site

This marketing site does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or fingerprinting. The only data we receive is what you submit through a contact channel to scope a build, used exclusively to respond to your enquiry — never sold or shared with third parties.

3.2 What the delivered software does with data

Generated content and client review links live in the destination you configure — your dashboard, your CRM, your infrastructure. We don't retain a copy or route it through a third-party store we control, and we do not have standing access to your deployed instance beyond a specific, time-boxed support task you grant.

3.3 Client review links

External sign-off portals generated by your instance are single-purpose links scoped to the specific content batch under review — they don't expose your dashboard, your other clients, or any data beyond what's in that review.

3.4 Sub-processors and data transfer

A delivered instance necessarily routes generation through the LLM provider you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini, under your own account) and publishing through the social/ad platforms you connect (Meta Graph API, LinkedIn, TikTok Content Posting API, YouTube Data API, etc., under your own accounts). These are your sub-processors, not ours. Where any of these providers process data outside your jurisdiction, their own Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanism applies.

3.5 Data Processing Agreement

A Data Processing Agreement covering the enquiry-stage data described in 3.1 is available on request for enterprise engagements.

4. Content Factory in the Aeterna ecosystem

Content Factory runs standalone against any content type and channel set you scope, but the pipeline is built to slot into the other Aeterna AI Architects modules — content sourced from Scraper Engine's market tracking, for instance, can feed directly into a Content Factory campaign without a bespoke integration. Running it alone requires none of this.
